2. BOOKINGS

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Car Rental Murrja. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the renter does not meet our requirements or if the booking details are incomplete or inaccurate.

3. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

The main driver must hold a valid driving license and present any identification documents requested at the time of rental. We may also require a passport, national ID, or other proof of identity depending on the booking and local rules.

4. PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS

Rental prices, deposits, and any additional charges will be shown at the time of booking or rental confirmation. A security deposit may be required before the vehicle is released. Additional charges may apply for fuel, late return, damage, cleaning, tolls, traffic fines, or extra services.

5. USE OF THE VEHICLE

The vehicle must only be used in a legal, safe, and responsible manner. You agree not to use the vehicle for racing, illegal activity, off-road use unless permitted, or any purpose that violates applicable law or our rental rules. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

• Keeping the vehicle safe and secure.

• Returning the vehicle on time.

• Using the correct fuel type.

• Reporting any damage, accident, or breakdown immediately.

• Paying for fines, penalties, or charges caused during the rental period.

7. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

Insurance coverage, if included, will depend on the rental agreement and the type of vehicle. You may still be responsible for damage, loss, theft, or misuse of the vehicle to the extent permitted by law and the rental terms.

8. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, if published separately, and by the terms shown during booking. Non-refundable bookings will not be refunded unless required by law.

9. VEHICLE RETURN

The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location. If the vehicle is returned late, additional fees may apply. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as when rented, except for normal wear and tear.

10. MAINTENANCE AND DAMAGE

You must take reasonable care of the vehicle during the rental period. If the vehicle is damaged, we may charge for repair, replacement, cleaning, towing, or related expenses. Mechanical issues not caused by the renter should be reported to us immediately.

11. TERMINATION

We may end the rental agreement immediately if you violate these Terms & Conditions, provide false information, misuse the vehicle, or fail to comply with payment or driver requirements.

12. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or related systems. We may update or change the website at any time without notice.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services, and you should review their terms before using them.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Car Rental Murrja is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or rental services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
