Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for bookings made with Car Rental Murrja. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

When you make a reservation, you may be required to pay a deposit, full rental amount, or other charges in advance. Any payment terms shown during booking will apply to your reservation.

 

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be available only in the following situations:

  • The booking is canceled within the allowed cancellation period, if applicable.

  • We are unable to provide the reserved vehicle and cannot offer a reasonable alternative.

  • A refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds may not be available if:

  • You fail to collect the vehicle at the agreed time.

  • You provide incorrect documents or do not meet rental requirements.

  • You return the vehicle early.

  • The vehicle is returned late, damaged, dirty, or with missing items.

  • The rental is canceled outside the permitted cancellation period.

  • The booking was made as non-refundable.

 

3. CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mcarrentals.com or by phone at +355 69 461 2717.

Any cancellation terms shown at the time of booking will apply. If a booking is marked as non-refundable, no refund will be issued unless required by law.

 

4. SECURITY DEPOSITS

If a security deposit is required, it may be held or charged to cover:

  • Damage to the vehicle

  • Cleaning fees

  • Fuel shortages

  • Traffic fines or tolls

  • Late return charges

  • Other rental violations

If no deductions are necessary, the remaining deposit will be returned according to our processing timeframe and your bank’s policies.

 

5. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.

Please allow reasonable time for the refund to appear in your account.

 

6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can review the matter. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may delay resolution and may affect your future bookings.

 

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
