# Terms and Conditions for Car Rental Murrja

Welcome to Car Rental Murrja. By using our website and renting a vehicle from us, you consent to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

## 1. General Terms

### 1.1. Eligibility

To rent a car from Car Rental Murrja, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license.

### 1.2. Identification

All renters must present a valid driver’s license, passport, or ID in their name at the time of rental.

### 1.3. Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. The rental period starts from the time the vehicle is picked up and ends when it is returned to our designated location.

## 2. Booking and Payment

### 2.1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email, phone or in person. Car Rental Murrja reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

### 2.2. Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other payment methods as specified on our website.

### 2.3. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount will be held and released upon the return of the vehicle in the same condition it was rented.

## 3. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

### 3.1. Authorized Drivers

Only the individual(s) listed in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the rented vehicle.

### 3.2. Usage Restrictions

The vehicle must not be used:

– For illegal purposes.

– To carry passengers for hire or reward.

– To tow or push any vehicle, trailer, or other object.

– In any race, test, or competition.

– Off-road surfaces.

### 3.3. Return Condition

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was rented, with a full tank of fuel. Cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.

## 4. Insurance and Liability

### 4.1. Insurance Coverage

Our vehicles come with basic insurance coverage, which includes third-party liability. Additional insurance options are available and can be purchased at the time of booking.

### 4.2. Renter’s Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, including theft, unless additional insurance has been purchased. You are also responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.

## 5. Cancellations and Modifications

### 5.1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of the rental fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

### 5.2. Modifications

Modifications to the booking, such as changes to the rental period or vehicle type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

## 6. Customer Obligations

### 6.1. Maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining the vehicle during the rental period, including regular checks on oil, water, and tyre pressure.

### 6.2. Accident Reporting

In the event of an accident, you must notify Car Rental Murrja and the local police immediately. A written accident report must be provided upon return of the vehicle.

## 7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Albanian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Albanian courts.
