Terms and Conditions for Car Rental Murrja

Welcome to Makina me Qera Murrja. By using our website and renting a vehicle, you consent to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

1.1. Eligibility

To rent a car from Makina me Qera Murrja, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license.

1.2. Identification

Të gjithë qiramarrësit duhet të paraqesin një patentë, pasaportë ose ID të vlefshme në emrin e tyre në momentin e marrjes me qira.

1.3. Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. It starts when the vehicle is picked up and ends when it is returned to our designated location.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email, phone, or in person. Makina me Qera Murrja reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

2.2. Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other payment methods as specified on our website.

2.3. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be held and released upon the vehicle’s return in the same condition it was rented.

3. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

3.1. Authorized Drivers

Vetëm individët e listuar në kontratën e qirasë janë të autorizuar të drejtojnë automjetin e marrë me qira.

3.2. Usage Restrictions

Automjeti nuk duhet të përdoret:

• For illegal purposes.
• To carry passengers for hire or reward.
• To tow or push any vehicle, trailer, or other object.
• In any race, test, or competition.
• Off-road surfaces.

3.3. Return Condition

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was rented, with a full fuel tank. Cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1. Insurance Coverage

Our vehicles come with basic insurance coverage, which includes third-party liability. Additional insurance options are available and can be purchased when booking.

4.2. Renter’s Liability

Ju jeni përgjegjës për çdo dëmtim të automjetit gjatë periudhës së qirasë, duke përfshirë edhe vjedhjet, përveç nëse është blerë siguracion shtesë. Ju jeni gjithashtu përgjegjës për çdo shkelje të kodit rrugor ose gjobë të marrë gjatë periudhës së qirasë.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1. Cancellation Policy

Anulimet e bëra më shumë se 72 orë përpara datës së fillimit të qirasë do të marrin një rimbursim të plotë. Anulimet e bëra brenda 72 orëve do të kenë një tarifë prej 50% të tarifës të qirasë. Mos-shfaqjet do të tarifohen me shumën e plotë të qirasë.

5.2. Modifications

6. Customer Obligations

6.1. Maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining the vehicle during the rental period, including regular oil, water, and tire pressure checks.

6.2. Accident Reporting

In an accident, you must notify Makina me Qera Murrja and the local police immediately. A written accident report must be provided upon return of the vehicle.

7. Governing Law

Albanian laws govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Albanian courts.
